Scheduling
We strive to run on time, so you won’t be kept waiting, and we ask you to arrive for your appointments on time as well. We understand that you are busy, and your time is valuable to us. We only deviate from our schedule in the event of a dental emergency that needs to be taken care of immediately.
Please call at least two business days in advance if you need to change an appointment.

Today's Dentistry Quality Dental Plan
Our in-office Quality Dental Plan (QDP) is an annual reduced-fee savings plan for families and individuals that allows members without dental insurance to receive quality dental services at greatly reduced prices. Unlike conventional insurance plans, with our Quality Dental Plan there are no deductibles, no yearly maximums, and no waiting periods to begin treatment. Your benefits begin immediately upon registration.
Benefits Include:
- Free Simple Teeth Cleanings (up to two per year, in the absence of periodontal disease/infection)
- Free Exams (up to two per year, including initial exam)
- Free X-rays
- Free Fluoride to Age 16 (up to two per year)
- Half off sealants on permanent molars to Age 16
- Free take-home teeth whitening (bleach refills after initial appointment are 20% off)
- $52 Emergency Exams
- 20% discount on all dental procedures
- 10% discount on orthodontic procedures
A QDP Membership is $319 for an initial plan member and is reduced to $269 after the first year. Each additional family member is only $249.
Eligible family members include spouse and dependent children under the age of 19 (up to age 26 if dependent child is a full-time student).
All plan membership fees are payable in full at the time of registration and are non-refundable. Plan duration is for one year from registration date.
Dental Insurance
At your first visit, we will ask for current insurance information. We may ask you to confirm this information at subsequent visits so we can remain up-to-date and fully informed to serve you. Insured patients will receive complimentary coverage estimates for each procedure.
Most dental insurance plans do not cover 100% of treatment costs. Because of this, we require your deductible and portion of uninsured charges be paid when services are rendered. Please note that estimates are based on information provided by your insurance and not a guarantee of payment. Only after a claim is submitted and reviewed by your insurance company can final payment be determined. As a courtesy, we file claim forms electronically, provide postage for special claims, and track claims for you.
Payment Options
We want to help remove financial barriers so you and your family can get the dental treatment you need. Many patients have some type of dental insurance, and we are able and pleased to assist you in maximizing your benefits.
Flexible Financing
We accept cash, checks, debit and most major credit cards. We also offer flexible financing through CareCredit® for those who qualify, because we understand that monthly payments can help you fit the dental care you need into your budget. With CareCredit, you can finance 100% of your treatment with no upfront costs or pre-payment penalties, and no annual fees.
